Why TÉVORAE Exists
After attending many professional gatherings, Tea noticed that the conversations people remembered rarely happened in the largest rooms. They happened at smaller tables, when there was time to speak honestly and understand the woman sitting opposite.
TÉVORAE was created to make more of those conversations possible for women building businesses. Large professional events can create many introductions but little lasting trust. Smaller, carefully composed gatherings allow more honest and useful exchanges.
The hospitality supports the conversation — it does not replace it. The value of a TÉVORAE gathering should continue long after the afternoon ends.
Our Philosophy
Relationships Are Built Around Tables, Not Stages
TÉVORAE values trust, discretion, and quality over scale. Every gathering is composed with the character of the room in mind — not the size of it.
The women who attend share a love of fine dining, dressing up, and beautifully curated experiences. They come to speak honestly, listen generously, and form relationships that can continue beyond the afternoon.
TÉVORAE creates the conditions for those relationships. What happens next is up to the women in the room.
A Note from Our Founder
Tea Nora
I created TÉVORAE because I kept noticing the same thing at professional events — the conversations that mattered most were never happening in the main room. They were happening at smaller tables, later in the evening, when there was finally time to speak honestly.
I wanted to create more of those moments for women building businesses. Not a networking event. Not a club. A gathering where the company is considered, the hospitality is genuine, and the conversation has room to go somewhere real.
TÉVORAE is still at the beginning of its journey. I am committed to building it with care, listening to the women who attend, and letting the community shape what it becomes.
