Terms & Conditions — TÉVORAE

TÉVORAE is a women's society, and all TÉVORAE experiences are designed exclusively for women. By registering for or attending a TÉVORAE experience, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements for that event. TÉVORAE reserves the right to verify a guest's eligibility before or upon arrival and to refuse admission when necessary to preserve the intended experience, privacy, comfort, and safety of its guests.

Current TÉVORAE experiences are open for women to register and purchase tickets, subject to availability and any individual event requirements. Registration is complete upon receipt of payment confirmation. Spaces are limited — registration does not guarantee attendance until confirmed.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Depending on the nature of the event, tickets may be transferable to another eligible guest. Transfer eligibility and deadlines may vary by event. Please contact TÉVORAE before transferring a ticket. If TÉVORAE cancels an event, registered guests will be contacted regarding the applicable options.

Guests should notify TÉVORAE promptly if their attendance plans change. Please contact us as early as possible at [email protected] so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Guests who do not attend without prior notice are considered a no-show. We ask that all guests communicate any changes to their attendance as early as possible out of consideration for the host and other guests. No refund will be issued for a no-show.

Dietary restrictions, food allergies, and accessibility needs must be submitted at the time of registration. Our team will make every effort to accommodate your requirements thoughtfully.

TÉVORAE reserves the right to make reasonable changes when necessary, including changes to venue, date, time, schedule, menu, activities, and event format. These changes may occur due to weather, venue availability, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Guests will be notified as promptly as possible.

A professional photographer may be present at TÉVORAE experiences. By registering, you acknowledge that photography may take place. Permission for the use of identifiable individual photographs in TÉVORAE materials will be handled separately and respectfully. If you prefer not to appear in photographs, please notify our team before the event begins and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other attendees, venue staff, and the TÉVORAE team. TÉVORAE reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

Guests attend all TÉVORAE experiences at their own risk. TÉVORAE is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings, personal injuries not caused by TÉVORAE's negligence, travel delays, parking issues, weather conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Future TÉVORAE experiences will be announced through the website and social channels. The formal TÉVORAE membership program has not yet opened. Some future activities, privileges, and private experiences may eventually be available exclusively to members.
