Terms & Conditions — TÉVORAE

The Garden Affair and all TÉVORAE gatherings are attended by personal invitation only. Invitations are extended solely at the discretion of TÉVORAE. Receiving an invitation does not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of TÉVORAE. Attendance is complimentary. There is no ticket price, payment, or purchase required to attend.

TÉVORAE is an exclusive women's society, and all TÉVORAE experiences are designed exclusively for women. By submitting an RSVP or attending a gathering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements for the event. TÉVORAE reserves the right to verify a guest's eligibility before or upon arrival. TÉVORAE reserves the right to refuse admission when necessary to preserve the intended experience, privacy, comfort, and safety of its guests.

Invited guests are asked to complete the RSVP form to confirm their attendance. Completing the RSVP form confirms your place at the gathering. Please include the full name of every person who will be attending with you. Unregistered accompanying guests may not be accommodated.

Guests should notify TÉVORAE promptly if their attendance plans change. Please contact us as early as possible at [email protected] so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Guests who do not attend without prior notice are considered a no-show. We ask that all guests communicate any changes to their attendance as early as possible out of consideration for the host and other guests.

Dietary restrictions, food allergies, and accessibility needs must be submitted through the RSVP form in advance. Our team will make every effort to accommodate your requirements thoughtfully.

TÉVORAE reserves the right to make reasonable changes when necessary, including changes to venue, date, time, schedule, menu, activities, and event format. These changes may occur due to weather, venue availability, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Guests will be notified as promptly as possible.

A professional photographer will be present at The Garden Affair. Guests will be asked to acknowledge this in the RSVP form. Permission for the use of identifiable individual photographs in TÉVORAE materials will be handled separately and respectfully. If you prefer not to appear in photographs, please notify our team before the gathering begins and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other attendees, venue staff, and the TÉVORAE team. TÉVORAE reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe.

Guests attend all TÉVORAE experiences at their own risk. TÉVORAE is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings, personal injuries not caused by TÉVORAE's negligence, travel delays, parking issues, weather conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Future TÉVORAE gatherings will be announced to those who have expressed interest. Expressing interest does not guarantee an invitation. Invitations to all TÉVORAE experiences are extended solely at TÉVORAE's discretion.
