Attendance by Personal Invitation
The Garden Affair is a private gathering attended by personal invitation only. Invitations are extended solely at the discretion of TÉVORAE and are intended for the named recipient and any accompanying guests listed in the RSVP form.
RSVP and Confirmation
Invited guests are asked to complete the RSVP form on The Garden Affair page to confirm their attendance. Completing the RSVP form confirms your place at the gathering. Attendance is complimentary — there is no ticket price or payment required.
Accompanying Guests
Guests are welcome to bring accompanying guests. The full name of every person attending must be submitted through the RSVP form before the RSVP deadline. Unregistered guests may not be accommodated.
Changes to Attendance
Guests should notify TÉVORAE promptly if their attendance plans change. Please reach out as early as possible at [email protected] so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Dietary Restrictions and Allergies
Dietary restrictions, food allergies, and accommodation needs must be submitted through the RSVP form in advance. Our team will make every effort to accommodate your requirements thoughtfully.
Photography
A professional photographer will be present at The Garden Affair. Guests will be asked to acknowledge this in the RSVP form. Permission for the use of identifiable individual photographs in TÉVORAE materials will be handled separately and respectfully. If you have any concerns, please contact us at [email protected].
Arrival
We kindly ask that guests arrive 10–15 minutes before the gathering begins. The afternoon starts promptly so that every guest can enjoy the full experience.
