Liability Waiver

I understand that participation in Tévorae wellness experiences, including yoga, Pilates, fitness activities, and other physical experiences, is voluntary. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and assume responsibility for my own health and wellbeing during the event. I release Tévorae, its venues, instructors, photographers, and partners from liability for injuries, accidents, or losses arising from ordinary participation, except where prohibited by law.

Cancellation Policy

14+ days before the event: Full refund.

7–13 days before the event: 50% refund or transfer credit to a future event.

Less than 7 days before the event: Non-refundable, unless TÉVORAE approves a replacement guest or another exception.

Event cancellation by TÉVORAE: Full refund or transfer to a future event if TÉVORAE cancels or reschedules due to weather, venue issues, instructor availability, or minimum attendance not being met.

Photography & Video

Professional photography and video may be captured during Tévorae events for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in marketing materials, you may notify Tévorae before the event and your privacy preference will be respected.

Minimum Attendance Policy

Each session requires a minimum number of confirmed guests. If the minimum is not reached, TÉVORAE reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. In this case, guests may choose a full refund or a transfer to a future TÉVORAE event.
